On January 18th, the Top Employer Institute announced companies that have received a new certification or successfully passed a re-audit. "Kauno Grūdai" has become the first representative of Lithuania's food industry sector to supplement the prestigious list of the best employers globally.
It's worth noting that "Kauno Grūdai" joined the list of top employers at the end of 2023 and rightfully holds the title of TOP employer throughout 2024. Future audits are on the horizon, and we are undoubtedly preparing for them to continue ensuring the best experience for our employees!
The audit conducted by the independent Dutch institute, the Top Employer Institute, is a globally recognized international certification program for companies aiming to continually improve their personnel management processes and provide employees with safe, motivating, and encouraging working conditions.
