On December 21, 2023, the traditional festive awards ceremony "Golden Grain 2023" took place. During the evening, nine employees of "Kauno Grūdai" were selected and honored for their outstanding work in the year 2023.
The hosts of the evening, Mindaugas Stasiulis and Nijolė Pareigytė, didn't lack witty words and smiles, and later entertained the event participants with a concert by "69 Danguje."

Specialist of the Year – Greta Liaudinskė, Quality Manager of the Alytus production unit
Manager of the Year – Vytautas Žilvytis, Head of the Livestock Farming Department
Quiet but confident – Rolandas Grigalius, Product Manager (pet food)
Colleague of the Year – Jelena Borduško, Administrator
Career Leap of the Year – Audrius Butas, Head of the Economics Department
Debut of the Year – Lukas Martinonis, Head of Combined Feed Production
Businessperson of the Year – Tomas Rumelaitis, Head of Business Development Projects
Meritorious Service to the Organization – Jolanta Stasiulienė, Chief Occupational Safety and Health Specialist
Ambassador of the Year – Chief Executive Officer Andrius Pranckevičius.
